Helping a million founders learn AI, build, and sell

That's the number I've written down. A million founders, anywhere in the world, who understand AI well enough to use it, can market and sell what they build, and get to have a good life while doing it. The channel is free and it always will be.

1,000,000

founders — that's the goal

Not subscribers. Founders who actually took something from a video and used it. I'd rather reach a million people who built something than ten million who watched and moved on.

What I teach

Six things, in order

Most channels pick one of these and stop. But a founder who understands AI and can't sell is still stuck, and a founder who can sell but burns out has just bought themselves a harder problem. The whole chain matters.

01

Understand AI

Not the hype and not the doom. What these tools actually are, what they can and can't do, and how to think clearly about them so you make good decisions instead of panicked ones.

02

Implement AI

The practical half. Real automations, real workflows, real tools — the things I use in my own business every day, shown end to end rather than described.

03

Do the marketing

Most founders build something good and then go quiet. Positioning, distribution, content, and how to talk about your work without feeling like a fraud.

04

Build the product

Going from an idea to a thing people can actually use. Scoping, shipping, and knowing what to leave out — learned from years of building software for other people.

05

Sell it

The part I was worst at for years. Finding people who need what you made, talking to them honestly, and charging properly for the value you deliver.

06

Build a good life

The one nobody teaches. A business that costs you your health, your relationships, or your peace isn't a success. Growth and fulfilment have to travel together.

Why I'm doing it

I learned all of this the slow, expensive way

I taught myself to code from a hostel room in Jabalpur and got my first client for $10. Every single thing after that — pricing, positioning, hiring, selling, saying no — I learned by getting it wrong first, usually in public, usually while it cost me money.

None of that had to be that hard. The information existed; it just wasn't reaching people like me, in a form we could use. AI has now moved the ground under everyone's feet again, and a lot of capable people are about to feel exactly as lost as I did.

So I'm putting it all out, free, as I learn it. Borrowed light, given away.

Tell me what you're stuck on

The best videos I've made came from someone messaging me a real problem. If there's something you wish existed, send it to me and I'll make it.
